Program Description:
Working Solutions Easter Seals Program
Do you know of an out-of-school youth, ages 16-21? Do they want to become work-ready and placed in the workforce? Do they need help realizing their career interests and educational needs?
Easter Seals Alabama has a program that can help you help them achieve their dreams. Our new program, Working Solutions, is funded by a grant from the Department of Labor and administered by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA). We have case workers in place to partner with you.
Working Solutions is

►A program for out of school youth between the ages of 16 and 21
►For residents of Chambers, Crenshaw, Escambia, Lee, Marengo, Perry, Pike, or Russell counties
►A program focused on personal long-term development of a rewarding career path
►A program that helps build work skills and good work habits
►A program that helps youth attain educational and employment goals
►A program that helps build self-esteem
