Program Description: DESCRIPTION OF THE POPULATION TO BE SERVED The Angel House is a therapeutic group home for girls between the ages 13-18 who are diagnosed as severely emotionally and behaviorally disturbed and able to function in a group setting with an IQ of 55 and above. Inclusionary Criteria: Depression Personality Disorders Conduct Disorders Victims of Abuse and Neglect Emotionally disturbed, withdrawn, verbally aggressive mildly to physical aggressive Severely Learning Disabled Exclusionary Criteria: Mentally Retarded (IQ’s below 55) Acutely Disturbed Aggressive and unable to function in a group setting Displaying Suicidal or Homicidal Ideation’s (recent) Setting Fires (recent) Cannot Dress Self Inability to control elimination functions Cannot Feed Self
