Program Description: Spring Creek Lodge is a specialty school designed for troubled or defiant teens who struggle in their home, school, or community environment. The program is a powerfully impacting intervention that includes an effective behavior modification program with a structured daily schedule, a series of highly motivational emotional growth seminars & workshops called "TASKS," a progressive academic program, and daily personal development & emotional growth courses. Behavior Modification High standards exist. Inappropriate behavior is confronted, given consequences, and redirected, while appropriate behavior is reinforced and rewarded. A merit system is used requiring each teen to earn his or her status and privileges through a standard program using a level system.
