Program Description: The SunHawk Program can be utilized in different ways depending on the evaluation and progress of the student. It is a comprehensive treatment program for troubled youth between 13 and 17 years of age. Unique to SunHawk Academy is the integration of the most beneficial aspects of a variety of youth programs. SunHawk Academy provides a broad range of services to assist in the progress and treatment of troubled youth and their families, including: Crisis intervention, with immediate placement and escort services, alcohol and drug abuse treatment, Individual therapy - 1 time per week (minimum), Group therapy - 10 to 12 Groups per week including AA and NA Psychological Testing & Assessments - Emotional growth seminars Family therapy - Parenting support groups - Music, art and literature appreciation - Physical fitness and recreation
